Former Lollywood pop singer, songwriter, and TV host Rabi Pirzada has chosen the path of faith after he quit appearing after photos and videos leaked online in November 2019.
Rabi has been at the center of several controversies and scandals throughout his decade-long career. She recently appeared on Nadir Ali’s podcast and opened up about her 2019 video scandal.
“I’ve been a rebel since I was a kid,” her response to Ali began when asked about the scandal.
“The scandal happened because of my family,” Rabbi Pirzada said, explaining how the incident was related to his family.
She called it a tragedy and regretted the response. “I am appalled by the words and actions of the people and people who share my videos.”
She recalled that it was the general public’s response that led to Dr. Aamir Liaquat Hussain being found dead in his home days after his own video was leaked online.
