Zimbabweans left puzzled after former vice presidents son searches for his mother on Twitter

Just when Zimbabweans thought they had seen it all, they got more than they had bargained for earlier this morning.

The son of former vice president Phelekezela Mphoko took to Twitter to search for his real birth mother.

Siqokoqela is facing backlash on social media after he searched for his biological mother on Twitter. The first son of Phelekezela Mphoko is searching for his real mother and he decided to take to Twitter.

Zimbabweans obviously reacted this way because his father was the right hand man of former president Robert Mugabe.

They are wondering why he was not searching for his father as he enjoyed the soft life under Mugabe’s regime.

Taking his Twitter account, Siqokoqela Mphoko shared an old picture which showed his father Phelekezela when he was young with an unidentified woman sitting close together.

He obviously did so out of the goodness of his heart and he was not prepared for the backlash that followed.

Instead of assisting him, tweeps poked fun at him as they roasted him. Tweeps told him to ask his father since he is still alive and is the only one who really knows his biological mother.

The Twitter streets can be very unforgiving.
